5 Easy To Do Exercises For Trouble Areas

Sure you’ve had a great week with lots of thoughts and dreams to improve your fitness and health. Like me am sure you look for the best ways and means to bring out the best in you. Well not to worry, today we will chat about Fitness and definitely get answers to improve us all on those troubled areas.

Most people I meet now enjoy talking about fitness and going through motivational pictures of good sportsmen and sportswomen. I always smile because we more often than not wish to have good biceps, flat tummy, total body fitness and that’s all there is for us, we just wish to have those things not that we really want them…Smiles.

While that may be true for some people and totally not the case for others, I would like to say that its usually a factor of worry, disbelief in oneself, lack of time or extreme laziness that pulls people away from achieving great fitness goals. I would like to be a change reaction to get you moving steadily and consistently with workouts but it’s YOU and only YOU that can bring yourself up to the task.
Having the right company, good programs, access to a nice facility are for the Start, to actually get to the Start is 100% YOU, – your readiness, your zeal, your drive, your commitment and yeah your energy too.

Now that my introduction has landed safely lets get to business…Smiles.

We all have our area of focus, some people would say I love the way I am I just want a smaller waist, others will say I just want to lose a little more weight, then there is the need for ABs, bigger butts, bigger legs or thinner leg, firm arms and so on.
I do relate with the diverse areas of interest but we will pick out 5 major areas that I have seen due to interactions with friends and colleagues. Please feel free to provide 7 -10 or even more in the comments section below. We sure want to learn more from you.

Exercises For Trouble Areas
1. Tummy: A big and protruding tummy is certainly the Number 1 problem for me as most people that hit the gym or go on a fitness problem are doing this first of all to reduce the fat in their stomach and get a flat and well shaped tummy.

There are several techniques that would provide you solutions, how effective and safe they are is a discussion for another day but Its very important that we all know that exercising is great gain even with other means or methods for trimming down the stomach. 2. Legs:

Whether they are trying to reduce bigger legs or trying to build bigger legs, developing the legs the way you want it is quite of a concern these days. For skinny legs trying to get bigger I have provided below a link for a great exercise you can follow  through, but remember that you need power and strength exercise that would help stimulate muscle to grow. Please don’t go ahead believing that adding more weight will help you get bigger legs, not at all, developed muscles in the right manner would provide solutions that you seek.

For ladies with bigger legs, from my experience what you really need is to get you legs toned by building your calf and leg. This gives a definition and beauty to your legs that you barely see them as big but rather fit and nicely shaped with those sweet looking calves that just wows your audience….wink.
Building the calf muscle is also achievable with skinny legs so it’s a great win for everyone.

I must mention however that most leg exercise come with butts and thighs routines and that makes a whole lot of sense, being that you need the body to be proportionate and not having big thighs on skinny legs or an overly all round big thigh and legs. 3. Arms:

Christian- Mother hand is the common name for arms that are big, flabby and have a lot of fat dancing around the flesh. Firming the arms and developing nice toned biceps is absolutely the call for this problem area so I have given you one of my favorite Fitness videos for the Arms. This video is a good  inspiration and has really great workouts. Below is a link to an Arms workout and I am definite you will enjoy it as much as I do. Also remember to do light stretches before you start any workout to reduce pain and ease the tight muscles.

4. Back:

The Back can be a Health trouble but at the same time can also be a Fitness trouble. I advise you adhere strictly to the doctor’s prescription for all Back sickness that relate to health but for fitness, there are amazing workout routines that you can do even at home and with little or no workout tools.
The basic thing you need to focus on is to stretch so good and engage in comfortable and effective back exercises.
I have here a pretty cool link that can guide you on achieving this. I must however mention that in your everyday life please ensure;
1. You sit upright at all times and you are gradually and consciously reducing slouching.
2. Wearing comfortable shoes that carry your weight easily and less hazardously…LOL.
3. Your bed and mattress is in good condition and not overly used or weak with little or no support when you lay to rest.
4. Drink lots of water at least 8 glasses a day, full glasses and not mini wine-like glasses…Smiles.

5. Butts and Thigh:

This would sometimes sit as number 1 in most fitness post but I intentionally left it as the last problem area for the day…..Shinning My Teeth, Lol.
Everyone (ladies) look forward to having a very lovely butt, and firm thighs as this gives another level of confidence, woman power and self esteem (You’ll be surprised).
There are intense routines and different workout exercises that would indeed give results. Now the only problem I have is that Building Butts is overrated to the point where some ladies believe their small ass can be Nicki Minaj in a matter of weeks, truth is you probably won’t even get in years.
Exercises for the butts help build muscles that contour and give a lift to the natural shape and butt you already have, meaning it will not get bigger than a certain level but you will definitely see a good difference with more lift, contoured and shaped butt which would appear bigger than the latter.

Am pretty sure we’ve learnt one or two new things as well as been introduced to good fitness lovers via the links provided. Take time out to go through them and give yourself time to see results. I understand how anxious we can be sometimes in seeing results but what is key is that we are patient and consistent.
