5 Effective Ways To Get Rid of Cellulite

Let’s talk beauty today and look at an area of beauty that most ladies tend to struggle with and looks like an almost impossible situation to deal with.

Cellulite is normal fat found under the skin that causes dimpling of the skin in the hips and thigh area of women most especially.
Most belief is that Cellulite is found only in over weight women but that’s only just a myth, thin people can also have it found on their body but if you are overweight and drop some weight, you will surely help reduce the Cellulite found on your body.

When it comes to Cellulite, some people worry while others see it as not a major problem probably because it’s not visible to their own eyes and so chances of it getting noticed is minimal. There are a couple of factors that influence how much Cellulite you would have and how visible your Cellulite is to the naked eyes. They include;

1. Lack of Physical Activity
2. Total body Fat
3. Fad dieting
4. Thickness of the Skin
5. Colour of the Skin.

Cellulite do not suddenly appear on your skin and so don’t expect for it to go away in split seconds. There are effective ways to gradually reduce Cellulite on your skin but be very dedicated to the information provided for you and you are sure to see results.
It may take 2-3 weeks to start seeing a change in my skin but could take longer or even shorter for you. Regardless of this, always keep in mind that no effort ever goes unnoticed.

Ways To Get Rid of Cellulite

1. Scrub With Coffee:

Scrub your hips, thighs and tummy area with a mixture of Coffee grounds with hot water. I would like to say you can do this for 10-15mins but then again I want you to enjoy this treatment so take your time, enjoy the feel of the product on your skin  and add in some more minutes scrubbing your body in circular motions.
Once you have completed this, apply coconut oil to prevent your skin from over drying.

2. Body System Cleansing:

A fantastic cleanser for the internal body system is Lemon juice, it serves a whole lot of purposes for several body and skin cleansing.
Mix 3 table spoon of lemon extract with a glass of water and add 1 teaspoon of Pepper  and make sure the mixture is always fresh, do it every morning and every night before going to bed.
During the day when you are not drinking your Lemon juice cleanser, ensure you take 8-12 glasses of water to avoid acidity, heart burns and also further help the cleansing process.

3. Massage:

Every loves a good massage, now not only does it make you feel relaxed. Comfortable and good, massage helps in removal of toxins and improve flow of blood.
Your masseur or masseuse should give you a steam session and a massage with sesame oil infused with essential herbs and salt to better help removal of toxin and flow of blood.
A very good massage will give visible results in only a couple of sessions.

4. Anti – Cellulite Diet:

There isn’t any better diet than a balanced diet. Avoid more of fats and oil on your meal and opt for Fruits and Vegetables, – onions, pepper, ginger, and lemon and great vegetables that must be found in your meal.

5. Exercise:

This is always my best part of any beauty, health or fitness issue. Exercises give you the complete and honest results you seek. Exercises top it all up and confirm results.
To effectively remove Cellulite, you need to do 45minutes – 1hour exercise at least 3 times in a week. Your exercise must include a combination of cardio and strength. Squats and Lunges are are also great to target the hips and thigh area, Leg raise, Calf raise, and so on will help to quickly eliminate Cellulite and give your skin a youthful and beautiful look.
Search for these routines and enroll in a gym or in a fitness program to get your exercises moving.
Remember they will help eliminate Cellulite and also enhance blood flow.
