Shape It Up: Squats For Beginners (Video)

Hello Everyone,

Sure we are having a wonderful Easter celebration. It’s been weeks now since we last spoke on Shape It Up. Today I have attached a video for you to see various positions you can work on while you build up your glutes/butts.

Am sorry the video is a bit amateur and has a poor quality, am very new to this but I will definitely improve on my delivery so it becomes certain that you get the best from GLAMekizzle.

I have also met a few of you and am happy to know you are doing your best as regards Squatting, this video will provide the guidance you need for Home workouts. It’s a short video because I want to make sure you get a lot out of it. After watching the video please see below a 10days work out plan for you. We will meet again on Shape it Up and improve this workout plan but for now keep the motivation and be ever ready to get results.

This will only make you stronger, so let’s enjoy every moment of it.

HOME SQUATS PLAN:

Please note that the steps below follow the pattern shown in the video, so please go with the order in which the positions are shown.

Day 1:

  1. Basic Squats – 5
  2. Glutes Squats – 5 each leg
  3. Sliding Lunges – 5 each leg
  4. Back Kick – 5 each leg
  5. Basic Squats with Leg Lift – 5 each leg
  6. Hip Raise – 5

Day 2:

  1. Basic Squats – 5
  2. Glutes Squats – 5 each leg
  3. Sliding Lunges – 5 each leg
  4. Back Kick – 5 each leg
  5. Basic Squats with Leg Lift – 5 each leg
  6. Hip Raise – 5

Day 3:

  1. Basic Squats – 7
  2. Glutes Squats – 7 each leg
  3. Sliding Lunges – 7 each leg
  4. Back Kick – 7 each leg
  5. Basic Squats with Leg Lift – 7 each leg
  6. Hip Raise – 7

Day 4:

  1. Basic Squats – 7
  2. Glutes Squats – 7 each leg
  3. Sliding Lunges – 7 each leg
  4. Back Kick – 7 each leg
  5. Basic Squats with Leg Lift – 7 each leg
  6. Hip Raise – 7

Day 5:

  1. Basic Squats – 10
  2. Glutes Squats – 10 each leg
  3. Sliding Lunges – 10 each leg
  4. Back Kick – 10 each leg
  5. Basic Squats with Leg Lift – 10 each leg
  6. Hip Raise – 10

Day 6:

  1. Basic Squats – 10
  2. Glutes Squats – 10 each leg
  3. Sliding Lunges – 10 each leg
  4. Back Kick – 10 each leg
  5. Basic Squats with Leg Lift – 10 each leg
  6. Hip Raise – 10

Day 7:

  1. Basic Squats – 15
  2. Glutes Squats – 12 each leg
  3. Sliding Lunges – 12 each leg
  4. Back Kick – 12 each leg
  5. Basic Squats with Leg Lift – 12 each leg
  6. Hip Raise – 15

Day 8:

  1. Basic Squats – 15
  2. Glutes Squats – 12 each leg
  3. Sliding Lunges – 12 each leg
  4. Back Kick – 12 each leg
  5. Basic Squats with Leg Lift – 12 each leg
  6. Hip Raise – 15

Day 9:

  1. Basic Squats – 15
  2. Glutes Squats – 12 each leg
  3. Sliding Lunges – 12 each leg

  6. Hip Raise – 15

Day 10:

  1. Basic Squats – 20
  2. Glutes Squats – 15 each leg
  3. Sliding Lunges – 15 each leg
  4. Back Kick – 15 each leg
  5. Basic Squats with Leg Lift – 15 each leg
  6. Hip Raise – 20

      Hello Ace, we all have different body shapes so results differ, however I have seen through experience that your body will start to respond in 2weeks and in 4-5weeks you will gain a contoured butt, firmer thighs and well lifted butts.
      Be very patient though, you are sure to see results.

    I started the squats for beginners two weeks ago after I watched your practice video, and just yesterday someone commented on my butts.
